Robert V. Fullerton Art Museum 39th Annual Student Art Exhibition poster

Call For Entries:
The Robert V. Fullerton art museum is looking for an original and talented mind to design this year’s 39th Annual Student Art Exhibition poster. Each year the RVF Art Museum hosts a Student Art Exhibition, a wonderful opportunity for CSUSB Art Students to gain some professional exposure.
Any student taking art classes at CSUSB is welcome to compete. The winning designer will receive an honorarium of $100. Theme and style of the poster is open to the imagination, but designs will be judged by museum staff members for creativity, originality and content.
Entries must be print ready and received no latter than April 29, 2008. Please submit final poster draft to the museum office (VA-105). For more information or details on the event please contact the RVF Art Museum secretary at 909-537-7783 or by e-mail at artmuseum@csusb.edu.

Guidelines:
Overall dimensions will be: 12” x 17” (unfolded) and 6” x 8 1/2” (folded)
Designs must be submitted to the museum office by 5 PM April 29, 2008. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
Multiple entries by a single artist will be accepted.
Entries will be judged and chosen by museum staff.
Museum staff reserves the right to choose the most appropriate design.
Submissions must be in electronic form and print ready.
Poster must include:
Title for exhibit (39th Annual Student Art Exhibition)
Time/dates of exhibit and reception – June 18 – July 30, Reception June 18th 5-7PM, preview at 4:30
CSUSB name, logo and address
Museum name, logo, phone/fax numbers, website, e-mail, and hours of operation
CSUSB parking information
A map to CSUSB along with a campus map to indicate location of museum.
